Lots of news this week about manufactured home communities. Some large communities have changed hands, while residents in other communities are moving out to make way for new condos or commercial developments. It seems there is a lot of development taking place all over the country, but particularly in Texas, California, and Florida. Despite the demise of a lot of communities, new ones keep springing up. There is also news about legislation, both on the state and national level that will help the manufactured housing industry. So, have another cup of coffee and enjoy!
