It’s time to sit down and review this week’s news and articles related to the manufactured housing industry. Hope our friends in the north are keeping warm. So, have another cup of coffee, sit by the fire, and read on.

During the past week, the stock market went down and then back up a bit. Oil prices went up a tad on Friday.  This past week saw a decrease in unemployment applications. Some manufactured home related industries reported positive 4^th quarter and end-of-year results. One was named #13 on Forbes list of best small companies.

Some are overjoyed at the return of the 3% down payment.  Several have predicted increased home sales in 2015, while one naysayer says nothing is going to save the housing market. What do you think?
