There is no need for a ‘theme’ for a weekly headline news review focused on manufactured and modular housing.
But if the headlines themselves suggest a theme, certainly one might be that there are advantages to doing business right. There are also serious disadvantages to those who fail to treat their customers as they would want to be treated. That same claim could be applied to public officials.
We see rewards for doing things right, and consequences for those who fail to do so. The problem is the consequences go beyond the party that did the alleged wrong. MH ought to police its own, or face the ever more grueling regulations imposed when apparent bad actors fail to serve their customers well.
