After being voted the best place to buy manufactured and modular housing in the Best of Maury County (Tennessee) reader’s poll, Keith Baker Homes is closing its doors after 38 years in business. “We were voted the best in Maury for many years for which I want to express our thanks,” says Keith Baker, according to columbiadailyherald.com from Columbia, Tennessee. Baker had hoped to pass the business on to his son, but Jeremy Baker chose to move in another direction. Instead, the business will be taken over by Dinkins Home Center in Paris, Tennessee, at 58 years the oldest manufactured and modular home dealer in the state.
