MHProNews has learned during a public hearing of the Jourdanton City Council just south of San Antonio, Texas, four requests were made regarding placement of manufactured homes (MH). One was a special use permit to site a manufactured home in a neighborhood zoned for single-family residences. The second and third were also for siting MH, and a special use permit was requested to bring a manufactured home into an area zoned commercial. All requests were approved by city council, according to pleasantonexpress.com.
