The Times and Democrat of Orangeburg, SC reports that new laws are being drawn up for the regulation of manufactured homes by the city council of Cope, SC.  Existing homes will be grandfathered in, but no new ones will be permitted to be located within the town limits.  Homes sitting on property being sold will be dealt with based on the age of the home. The final ruling is set for March 8.
