The Nasdaq rose +0.21 percent, +7.41 points, to end the day at 3,607.49, while the S&P gained +0.14 percent, +2.31 points, to close at 1,682.50. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite fell -1.94 percent to end at 1115.6. Housing stocks we follow mostly closed up or even, with Nobility Homes posting the biggest gain of tracked stocks, +3.20 percent, +0.24 points, to finish the day at 7.75.
