As an addendum to a story MHProNews.com posted April 17, 2012 regarding students at the Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua, Ohio building a modular home for three developmentally-disabled individuals, different students at the same school recently completed a 1,992 square-foot modular home, again for the same disability service provider. The newest project by junior and senior students required an assortment of the same trades—carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing—and the same instuctor, Rick Lenhart, who led the students over the last 18 months in building each home, according to dailycall.com. The new home is nearly 500 square feet larger than the first one and includes a second story. ##
