According to wilmingtonbiz.com in North Carolina, Charlotte-based Properties of Assurance LLC has closed on its acquisition of two manufactured housing communities in the Wilmington, NC area. Bavarian Pointe, a 22-homesite community and 48-homesite Carolina Pines were purchased from Freedom Property Investors LLC for an undisclosed price.
