Terry McAuliffe of Virginia has appointed two new people as citizen members of the Virginia Manufactured Housing Board. Deputy Building Official for Martinsville, VA David C. Bridges, and Shawna J. Cheney, attorney at Blue Ridge Legal Services, will replace Carey Brace and Walter Hughes.##
