The Dow Jones Industrial Average nudged up +0.29 percent, +53.62 points, to close at 18,570.85.

The NASDAQ advanced more than the other two indices, +0.52 percent, +26.26 points to finish at 5,100.16.

The S&P 500 edged up +0.46 percent, +9.86 points, to end the week at 2,175.03.

Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged up +0.27 percent to end at 1392.4. More MH-related stocks closed up than down, or even. Universal Forest Products Inc. moved up more than other stocks,+5.59 percent as the top gainer, +5.56 points, to end the week at $105.48. NorthStar Realty Finance slipped the most of active tracked stocks, -1.16 percent, -0.15 to end the day at $12.81.
