As of the close of the second quarter, 2016, Boulegeris Investments bought 248,865 shares of manufactured home community owner UMH Properties, Inc. (NYSE:UMH), according to tradecalls, and now owns 1,285,191 shares valued at $15,833,553. UMH comprises 10.47 percent of Boulegeris’ portfolio.
Another hedge fund, Creative Planning, upped its stake in UMH, adding 2,049 shares and now with 2,149 shares with a value of $26,476. Bnp Paribas Arbitrage Sa added UMH to its portfolio by acquiring 956 shares in the recent Q2, 2016 valued at $12,084.
In addition, Director Matthew I. Hirsch purchased 851 shares for $10,000.
