MHProNews has learned from prnewswire that Eugene W. Landy, board president of manufactured home community (MHC) owner UMH Properties, Inc. (NYSE:UMH), announced that Richard H. Molke is retiring from the board after 30 years of service.
The board of directors has chosen Kenneth K. Quigley, Jr. to serve out the remaining term which will expire in 2017. An attorney and current president of Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, a post he has held since 1996, Quigley has experience in the not-for-profit realm as well as having served on the boards of banks and chairman of the audit committee of a real estate investment trust (REIT).
Mr. Landy thanked Molke for his exemplary service, and welcomed Quigley, noting his extensive experience in several arenas that can be very beneficial to UMH.
