Manufactured home community (MHC) owner UMH Properties, Inc. (UMH) will host a webcast and conference call for its first quarter, 2014 financials on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 10 AM eastern time. UMH is a public equity real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates 82 MHCs comprised of approximately 14,500 homesites.
