The NASDAQ gained 0.88 percent, +42.23 points to close at 4817.59.
The S&P 500 advanced +0.78 percent, +16.13 points, to close at 2,081.43.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged up +0.62 percent to finish at 1343.8. Active MH-related stocks closed mostly up, or even, with Universal Forest Products gaining more than all other active stocks, +8.00 percent, +6.13 points, to end the day at $82.78. Skyline Corp. fell more than other tracked stocks, dropping -0.10 points, -1.10 percent, to end the day at $8.95.
