Last fall Mississippi Valley State University (MVSU) rented rooms at two nearby motels to house 100 students, with the school running shuttles back and forth, feeding the students in the dining hall. According to what wapt.com informs MHProNews, on June 19 the College Board approved plans to lease modular units for the fall semester while College Hall 1 undergoes renovations, which is expected to take two years. The board gave Higher Education Chancellor Hank Bounds authority to approve a contract. ##
