An ad in The Wall Street Journal advertises a modular home manufacturing company with three plants totaling 260,000 square feet capable of generating $100 million in annual revenue for sale. According to woodworkingnetwork.com, the three facilities turn out modular and panelized homes as well as “building components.” Claiming it is a state-of-the-art operation set on 58 acres with machinery from 2008, MHProNews.com has learned the owner is retiring and intends to sell the business this year—but the identity of the company remains a mystery. ##
