Quote for the week
“The life which is unexamined is not worth living.”
~ Plato
Tim-bit for the week
Appreciation is the single most important trait to have and develop in life to find love, give love and to live a life free of negative stress, anxiety, disappointment and all other negative emotions or attitudes connected to or related to – fear.
It has been proven in medical circles and research that an active expression of appreciation either internally or externally or both will help you live longer and live more healthily.
Appreciation is nothing more than a thankful spirit. So the next time you are failing or heading for failure, find something in it to appreciate or find positive. If you can, we’ll guarantee you that the sting of failure will not be as harmful and you will emerge from any failure stronger, better and wiser.
