I’d like to ask you to think a minute about “Taking Technology To The Next Level”. There has never been a time in our industry when we weren’t evolving and improving. It might have started slowly back in the 50s. But over the years, and particularly in the last de- cade, the evolution has been exponential. Production lines are automated, CAD is a reality in all plants, materials and composites are state-of-the-art, and designs surpass anything we’ve seen before. Today’s homes are so efficient and attractive that owners take special pride in them. When we talk about “Taking Technology to the Next Level” we are talking about a future in which we are confident. Confident that more and more consumers will come to appreciate the value of factory-built housing. When one thinks of the trials and tribulations the world has experienced, and real- izes that we have endured through it all, it is realistic to plan for a future that will fulfill our expectations.
