Pizer joined Zeman Homes in 1986 and has held various positions within the company and manufactured housing industry throughout her career. After being appointed CEO in 2008, she assumed the responsibility for determining the strategic direction of the company and ensuring that the strategy was properly executed. In addition to taking the helm in creating the organization’s culture, she identified the company’s greatest strengths for growth and flexibility. Pizer led the company through one of the most tumultuous markets in the history of the manufactured housing industry and is renowned for her passion, leadership and steadfast commitment to consistently produce a high level of achievement. After nearly 35 years in the industry, 30 of them with Zeman Homes, Pizer is looking forward to spending more time with her family, travelling and experiencing the rewards of her hard work.

Jeff Fannon, who joined the Zeman Homes team in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer, will be taking over the role of CEO on January 1st, 2016. Ed Zeman, Chairman of Zeman Homes, has nothing but confidence in the new, talented and energetic team. Zeman, Fannon and Pizer are very excited about the future of the company as it continues to grow and acquire new properties and develop its incredible staff.
Pizer will remain on as the Vice Chairman and board member, and continue to work on special projects. She will also maintain a significant ownership interest in Zeman Homes and support the ongoing success of the company.
